The Apartment Service, a world-wide agency specialising in short stay serviced accommodation and in temporary corporate housing requires a new team staff member to be based at their Wimbledon offices. 
This new position requires a good telephone manner, a smart appearance, an enthusiastic approach and a keen team player. Second European languages would be an advantage.   

The successful candidate will join our growing International team and will already have past experience in either conference organising, Lettings and/or Relocation procedures. They will be required to work closely with both clients and International Destination Service Providers to source and negotiate solutions and terms.Training will be provided, but applicants must already be computer literate.

Team Leader
International Assignments Team

Background:

Leading services firm is actively seeking an addition to their expatriate consultancy team. The role of Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the International Assignments Manager in the provision of all expatriate assignee needs including: tax, relocation and compensation policies.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Supervise a team of International Assignment Consultants including: workload management, performance management, coaching and mentoring duties

Partner with business units and outsourced vendors to provide an effective and efficient relocation management service

Provide a point of contact for all expatriate relocation, compensation and taxation policy issues to both assignees and relevant business units

Review existing and implement new expatriate policy and procedure in conjunction with the senior management team

Provide the ultimate convenience by evaluating assignee needs in identifying suitable expatriate packages

Develop cost estimates for assignee moves

Discuss potential implications and identify assignee patterns or trends with members of the senior management team

The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience of: international assignments, expatriate management or global mobility issues. Candidates must have previous man management / supervisory experience and have the ability to gain credibility within the team. Finally, applicants will require a strong technical background covering both expatriate taxation and compensation issues.

RELOCATION CONSULTANT

We are a small relocation company covering London and the South East looking for a relocation consultant to join our team on a freelance basis.  The successful candidate should be able to answer yes to all or most of the following questions:

Are you self motivated?
Are you used to exceeding clients’ expectations?
Are you able to relate to people at all levels?
Do you have a detailed knowledge of Central London locations and property market?
Are you willing to learn new processes, working practices and skills?
Are you an experienced negotiator?
Can you multi-task effectively whilst paying attention to detail?
Do you have the flexibility to work exclusively for us with the peaks and troughs that this might entail?
Do you have a computer at home and are you fully conversant with Word, Excel and online mapping?
Do you have a clean driving license and a four door car less than five years old?

RELOCATION CONSULTANT

Due to continual expansion, we are looking for a self starter to handle some of our London searches.  We deal with clients of all kinds and searches can be anywhere in Greater London.  We are initially offering contract work on a job by job basis with the possibility of a permanent position in a few months time.

The ideal candidate has had previous experience buying/selling property, knowledge of the London market, be highly organised, the ability to learn quickly and can create working relationships with ease.
