RELOCATION CONSULTANTS

We are a small relocation company covering London and the South East looking for a relocation consultant to join our team on a freelance basis.  The successful candidate should be able to answer yes to all or most of the following questions:

Are you self motivated?

Are you used to exceeding clients’ expectations?

Are you able to relate to people at all levels?

Do you have a detailed knowledge of Central London locations and property market?

Are you willing to learn new processes, working practices and skills?

Are you an experienced negotiator?

Can you multi-task effectively whilst paying attention to detail?

Do you have the flexibility to work exclusively for us with the peaks and troughs that this might entail?

Do you have a computer at home and are you fully conversant with Word, Excel and online mapping?

Do you have a clean driving license and a four door car less than five years old?

We differ from many other relocation companies in that we offer a personal and bespoke “one to one” service throughout the entire process.  The role will involve not only researching and accompanying clients on property viewings but will also include the management of each relocation from collating the initial brief right through to providing a bespoke Welcome Pack at the end…with all the interesting bits in between.

RELOCATION CONSULTANTS

Connells Relocation Services Ltd is one of the UK’s leading relocation management companies. We are retained by major corporate clients to assist with the relocation of their staff. We are based in Newbury town centre and due to our continued growth are recruiting.

We are looking for experienced individuals who will be the main point of contact with relocating employees.  This position is ideally suited to candidates who have previously worked for a major relocation company and/or who have experience in residential property sales or lettings. The successful candidate must be literate, numerate and with strong IT and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines are essential. These individuals will provide administrative support to the Relocation team. They will have a good knowledge of Windows applications and the ability to research and report with accuracy. Experience in the property/relocation sector preferable although not essential. Competitive salary. 

RELOCATION CONSULTANT 
Summertown, Oxford This individual will deliver seamless support to relocatees and their families whilst reporting to our corporate clients. This national role based in Oxford will demand working under pressure with tight deadlines and involve a variety of life skills both on-site and in the field. Experience in the property/relocation sector is essential. Competitive salary plus car

RELOCATION CONSULTANT

Due to continual expansion, we are looking for a self starter to handle some of our London searches.  We deal with clients of all kinds and searches can be anywhere in Greater London.  We are initially offering contract work on a job by job basis with the possibility of a permanent position in a few months time.

The ideal candidate has had previous experience buying/selling property, knowledge of the London market, be highly organised, the ability to learn quickly and can create working relationships with ease.
