We are a small relocation company covering London and the South East looking for a relocation consultant to join our team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate should be able to answer yes to all or most of the following questions:
Are you self motivated?
Are you used to exceeding clients’ expectations?
Are you able to relate to people at all levels?
Do you have a detailed knowledge of Central London locations and property market?
Are you willing to learn new processes, working practices and skills?
Are you an experienced negotiator?
Can you multi-task effectively whilst paying attention to detail?
Do you have the flexibility to work exclusively for us with the peaks and troughs that this might entail?
Do you have a computer at home and are you fully conversant with Word, Excel and online mapping?
Do you have a clean driving license and a four door car less than five years old?
We differ from many other relocation companies in that we offer a personal and bespoke “one to one” service throughout the entire process. The role will involve not only researching and accompanying clients on property viewings but will also include the management of each relocation from collating the initial brief right through to providing a bespoke Welcome Pack at the end…with all the interesting bits in between.
