Carla Roundell-Greene

Carla Roundell-Greene is the managing director of People and Property Relocation based in Chelsea. Carla is a founding member of the ARP and has served as the Chairman of the Council. Carla was an important figure in the creation of the ARP and has supported its activities since it was founded in 1986. People and Property was one of the first relocation companies to set up in London and Carla has been influential in guiding the activities of the Association.

Alison Van Dalen

Alison Van Dalen is the Operations Director for Pricoa UK.  Pricoa is one of the largest global relocation management companies.

Judith Waterhouse

Judith Waterhouse is Managing Director of Arden Relocation, based in Birmingham.

Peter Grayburn

Peter Grayburn

Peter Grayburn started working in the property industry in 1968 and become involved in Relocation in 1979. He is a partner in PRS Consultants who specialise in a) analysis and assessment of the difference in housing costs in different locations around the UK and between the Uk abroad, and b) the provision of bespoke, interactive area information guides.  He is a member of both The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the National Association of Estate Agents. 

James Greenwood

James is a Managing Partner of Stacks Property Services and Acquisition, one the UK’s leading specialists in private client acquisition. James joined Stacks after a career in the City and a second career in research in Asia and the Middle East. James has been actively involved in the ARP for many years and is a fervent supporter of the ARP’s training initiatives. In joining the ARP council James is following a family tradition. His father Paul Greenwood was one of the original founding members of the ARP and a past Chairman.

Lorna Keen

Lorna Keen is Head of Business Development for Clarendon Serviced Apartments - Clarendon established in 1989, Lorna joined in 1999 to assist in establishing Clarendon as a pan London serviced apartment provider.

Lorna is actively involved in promoting the serviced apartment industry and is a founder member and chairman of ASAP, The Association of Serviced Apartment Provdiers, a division of ARP, actively working towards a reciprocal agreement for ASAP with the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) USA to further promote corporate housing and serviced apartments globally.  Lorna is also working with Quality and Tourism, the organisation responsible for the main "Star" rating system for hotels and serviced apartments in the UK, and Visit Britain (the new name for the British Tourist Board.)  This will be the first serviced apartments programme for the industry in the world.

Lorna is also an active committee member within ERC EMEA, the US association for workforce mobility.

Stuart Mitchell

Stuart Mitchell MIHT, MCIM, MBA, is the Senior Partner of Business Moves Advisory Centre, a leading relocation consultancy and service provider. His experience dates back to the 1970’s and he has planned and managed relocation projects in the UK and overseas for countless clients both in the private sector and in the public sector.
